Sales and Pre-sales Support
Any questions can be addressed to sales@zetaboards.com if you do not already have a board with ZetaBoards. Sales tickets can be opened from the Admin Control Panel of any ZetaBoards board.Payment Methods
Payments may be made by PayPal, check, or money order.All payments must be in US Dollars.
Pricing
ZetaBoards reserves the right to change the price of any service or product at any time. Sales, price reductions, and promotions are for new purchases only. ZetaBoards does not offer refunds for purchases that later change in price.Returned Checks
If you have sent a check and have changed your mind about making a purchase please contact sales@zetaboards.com. If requested, we will not cash a check.Any checks returned by your bank are subject to a $20 USD bounced check fee.
Refund Policy: Conversion
Refunds may be requested only if a conversion has not been performed and one (1) week has passed since your payment was received, cleared, and all required information has been provided.Refund Policy: Transfer
Refunds may be requested only if a transfer has not been performed and ten (10) days have passed since your payment was received, cleared, and all required information has been provided. No refunds are offered for any other reasons.Refund Policy: Ad Removal
Refunds for unused ad removal credits are subject to a 10% processing fee. This fee may be waived at ZetaBoards' discretion. No refunds are available for used ad removal credits.Refund Policy: Disk Space
Refunds for remaining time for disk space upgrades are subject to a 10% processing fee. This fee may be waived at ZetaBoards' discretion.Not for Resale
All services and products sold by ZetaBoards are not for resale.Additional Terms and Conditions
- ZetaBoards reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason.
- You must be 13 or older to make any purchase on ZetaBoards. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must make any purchase on your behalf.
- No ZetaBoards employee, volunteer staff member, or representative has the authority to alter, remove, or add to any section of the Terms of Sale.
- ZetaBoards is not responsible for typographic errors.
- Should you or your account on ZetaBoards be past-due on any payments or fines any new payment may be used to pay for any past-due payments of fines.
- In the event that any provision in the Terms of Sale is unenforceable all remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Modification of the Terms of Sale
ZetaBoards reserves the right to change these terms at any time. All changes will be effective at the time they are posted. You should check for modifications to these terms before placing any order. Any new purchases will constitute your acceptance of any modifications made. |
