[Name] - Kevin Doxin
[Alias/Code Name] - Ghoul
[Age] - 19
[Affiliation/Occupation] - None
[Ethnicity/Nationality] - Caucasian
[Criminal Record] - Theft, Vandalism

[Height] - varies, usually about 5ft 11in
[Weight] - varies usually about 138lbs.
[Appearance] - It is difficult to discern Kevin’s appearance due to the multiple layers of clothing he wears. Even in the summer gloves, boots, hats and scarves are worn, concealing his appearance from the public.
[Personality] - Cold and withdrawn, Kevin is a vicious sort of person who isn’t afraid to do what’s needed to achieve his goals. He possess a very morbid outlook on things, his pessimistic views generally causing him to be ignored even if he is right. Still beneath it all Kevin does have a good side to him, although how much of one could be debated. As a final interesting note Kevin suffers both from Hydrophobia and Arachnophobia and suffers from a hatred of gardening.

[Mutant Class] - Epsilon
[Power Level] - 5
[Powers] - Kevin’s first and foremost ability is his immune system. Either resistant or completely immune to almost all poisons and diseases, Kevin’s body can act as a carrier for all manner of things but he suffers no ill effects from them. His secondary ability however comes from the oily grey substance produced from the pores of his skin. Creating it when his adrenaline level increases, this fluid causes organic matter it comes in contact with to begin decaying at a rapid rate. Even dead or already decayed matter is affected, but the rate of decomposition is merely accelerated in this case.
[Weaknesses/Limitations] - While one might think Kevin’s power is impressive (in a morbid sense) it does have it’s limitations. The substance lasts only a few seconds while exposed to air, meaning that while a single droplet might be unpleasant it is by no means lethal. This forces Kevin to remain in physical contact with whatever he is trying to rot. Secondly his power works only on organic material. So while a normal human could be reduced to an organic soup, a mutant such as Colossus would be immune to his powers. Next water nullifies this substance, this causes his powers to still work, but have no effect should he be submerged or wet.

[Skills] - Kevin has some hand to hand combat ability although not much due to his poor physical strength. He knows a thing or two about chemistry and mechanics as well, however rarely uses any of his skills. Finally Kevin possess a wide array of knowledge of diseases and toxins, likely as a result of his mutation.

[Possessions] - Aside from all his clothing and some cash, Kevin owns nothing.

[History] - It is hard to piece together the person called Kevin Doxin’s past, but easier to put together the homeless one known as Ghoul. What is known was that at birth Kevin was left for adoption, the building he stayed at a pleasant place but one where he found no family and few friends. Eventually for unknown reasons Kevin left, running away from that place and into the streets. Here was where Ghoul was born. Earning the nickname after few bums saw him eating a dead animal to survive they took him in, together teaching him what they knew about life and how to survive. Ghoul often checked how edible food was and looked for things where the other’s didn’t even want to try, always looking to try and help his “Family” of sorts. Sadly though his family was inevitably broken apart, death or the police claiming many of them while the rest began to develop a fear of him due to his unnatural habits and all the anti-mutant media that began. Eventually Ghoul was left alone, becoming spiteful and angry at everything for how his life has been.

Collosus' steel form is organic.

Steel is organic as well, in fact, seeing as 'organic' just means carbon-based. Diamond, zirconia, fullerene, and similar ceramics are also organic in nature. Just saying.

That's what I figured. Just something that could probably use clarification.
