Cain

[Name] - Cain Marko
[Alias/Code Name] - Formerly Exemplar of Physical Power
[Age] - unknown
[Affiliation/Occupation] - Adventurer, former teacher, mercenary, soldier
[Ethnicity/Nationality] - White/ U.S. Citizen
[Criminal Record] - He has been wanted for crimes ranging from destruction of public property to homicide. Though he has been constantly treading the line of good and bad. If anything he's a vigilante.

[Height] - 6'10
[Weight] - 900 lbs.
[Appearance] - Eyes Blue, Hair Red, The Juggernaut wears a helmet fashioned from an unknown mystical metal found in the Crimson Cosmos dimension of Cyttorak. The Juggernaut subsequently fashioned a skullcap from scraps of the metal used to construct the helmet. The Juggernaut originally wore a suit of armor that he could summon around himself at will from the Crimson Cosmos. After being stripped of his powers, the Juggernaut took to wearing a suit of armor that resembles his original but is fashioned from unstable molecules.Without his helmet and skullcap, the Juggernaut is vulnerable to psionic attacks against his mind.
[Personality] - He is very rash, somewhat short sighted, short tempered, and is vengeful.
[Mutant Class] - NA
[Power Level] - 10
[Powers] -The Juggernaut originally possessed untold mystical power which enhanced his strength to an unknown degree and made him a seemingly irresistible, unstoppable being. Once he began to walk in a given direction, no obstacle or force on Earth was able to stop him. Some obstacles, for example many tons of rock, or forces such as plasma-discharge cannons slowed his pace considerably, but nothing stopped him permanently from advancing. The Juggernaut was, however, vulnerable to magical forces of sufficient strength.

Besides giving him vast superhuman strength, the mystical energy of Cyttorak gave the Juggernaut an extraordinary degree of resistance to all forms of injury. The Juggernaut could also shield himself even further from injury by mentally surrounding himself with a force field. Enveloped by this field, the Juggernaut had been seen to survive the fiery explosion of a truck transporting a huge quantity of oil without any injury whatsoever. The Juggernaut could survive indefinitely without food, water, or oxygen thanks to his being sustained by his mystical energies alone.

In the past, the Juggernaut has temporarily possessed telepathic abilities and certain mystical powers, all of which he has since lost. Recently, however, the Juggernaut has been stripped of this mystical energy, including his personal force field. He still possesses superhuman strength, endurance and durability due to years of absorbing the mystical energies of Cyttorak, but the current upper limit of these traits is as yet unknown.

[Weaknesses/Limitations] - He is vulnerable to mental attacks when he doesn't have his helmet on.

[Skills] - He's....He's good at knocking things down????

[Possessions] Just his Helmet and suit...that's about it.

I appreciate that this is a canon character, but I do need a power level rating. It looks good overall but please also elaborate on the upper limits of his strength/stamina/etcetera.

This is an alternate universe - we take some liberties.

Well the whole thing about the upper limits of his abilities is unknown at the moment. In the comics they haven't really shown a cap since he lost the Cyttorak. The comics have made it as if all he's lost is the mental shield ability. So my question is would you prefer me to RP as him with the Cyttorak intact or with it removed?

Well, that one is up to you. It being an alternate universe, he may never have lost the gem - Strange may never have subdued the Octessence, for that matter.

If he still has Cyttorak, that's fine. Otherwise you get the task of coming up with the upper limits to his strength. ^^

I question the actual influence this character will posses then. Because like when Juggernaut had the gem, alls it was, was smashing and breaking. Now where is the story development there?

Easy enough. He's Xavier's brother, at least adoptively.

Regardless of how he felt about his brother, he probably has some opinions on his death. There's a lot of places to go storywise with Juggernaut.

You are right, of course, but I want to here this from the player. I could see lots of room for psychopathic characters, but it doesn't mean people aren't just going to get approved and slaughter, and when placing the power of the Juggernaut in someones hands, well I want to ensure that they aren't just going to tank every RP.

I should probably point out that I have past experience with Cain's player and trust him to play intelligently. But we will wait for his input.

See, now that changes things. I'll throw down a yes if someone is vouching for him as a player.

Well as Evita had said he was related to Charles through adoption, and resented the fact that Charles got all the attention. Further more he is rather unstable as a character and tends to fluctuate on stance. So he could easily be either a psychopath or he could completely turn around and join the X-Men and give them a hand. Which is believable seeing as he's helped the X-Men before.

He was actually a part of the X-men for about 10 issues back before House of M. I would vote yes.

So does that mean I'm approved to RP on CC now?

Well you have two (apparently 3) yes votes, so for now this is a yes. If Josh does bring up further concerns will discuss it, but it looks to me like you're clear.
