Not just about the average age, best tactics, and luck.. Sometimes, team with good teamwork rate is better than others. Most of the managers had brought few new players to do team which may result damaging the team work values. Improving is not that easy which i thought would be. Before this, i thought having a heart to the player would resolve the issue, but it takes more at the end of the day. Next season i can see myself struggling unless i have a good CR as Shadow. Shadow have been having real solid AF with most of his players to get successful skill up. Miz, Pinky, Shino , DTG going to have an upper hand for the next season after CR. I think i've been really lucky in Group C. My players which i've line up against opponent have average age less than 25 most of the time. I beat Shino cuz i put 150k wb to improve my "FT" so i would have more green arrow ft. I guess thats how i beat him. Edited by Jay-E, Jan 9 2010, 05:21 PM.

i think i lost after sage sub out and bring down the average age further and overall strength. Hope next season, i'll not face this problem. |

Sometime it might happens and we need to face through the seasons and hope the team can cope with it even in difficult of time.. Some of of managers just relying on team strength plus a bit of tactical plan.. Some of that can combine using team strength plus a good team form but not so good in tactical plan either in the league or overall team..Some have a good overall system with is good to hold the team until the last stand and give a good games in whatever course including suspension key player or thru long injury.. It is not easy but to face and admit the right and wrong with understand what required to give a backbones squad strength Apa la aku melalut nih

Whole lotta new things (Boo not so much interest) For quite a while we have been hold back by technical changes that we have been more or less forced to do to enable us to develop the site further. But these changes haven't been very visible for the common users. But now these boring changes are done and we can start applying a lot of new features and changes on the site. So during the coming months you can expect a lot of new things and changes that we hope will enhance your experience here at Xpert Eleven. Today we start off releasing bunch of new things. The changes are the following: Match experience is given more importance. This change was described in an announcement released Tuesday in Xpert Daily. You can find that article here. Therefore we will only present the basics here. * A development value is introduced that will be used instead of the average form in the season update. The development value will work the same way as the average form did in the season update. * The development value is an accumulated value based on the player's average form and the player's match experience during the season. * The more match experience a player gets during the season the better it will be for the player. * The players will get the match experience not only from the teammates but also from the opponents. Beside the things mentioned above there is really no major difference between how it worked before. Just read the new development value as you did with the average form before. It isn't more complicated than that. The reason for this change is mainly to compensate the disadvantage of playing many matches during the season compared to the other teams in the league. It will then make it more advantageous to put some effort into the cup matches. This change is applied for leagues with a season start date from the 15th of March only. All other league will work the same way as before with the average form until a new season is created. Possibility to reset an old private league As a private leagues is getting older it has been harder and harder to keep it alive as the differences between the teams in the league tend to be bigger and bigger. This has made it hard for new teams to compete with the old teams. A couple of weeks ago we did introduce the change that new teams are created with a average skill more or less aligned to the average skill in the lowest division. But now we will introduce an option that will take it further. We will now allow league admins to request their league to be reset and there will be two different options to choose from: 1) All teams will be reset to have the same average skill, average age and economy. The average skill of all teams in the league will then end up being around 6 skill bars. 2) All teams will be reset to have almost the same average skill, average age and economy. The average skill of all teams in the league will then end up being around 6 skill bars. The difference with this option compared to the other option is that differences between the teams somewhat are sustained. In other words the strongest team will still be the strongest team but the differences will be reduced quite drastically. This option is probably better to use in leagues with multiple divisions. The players in the teams will keep their names and special qualities and stats but they may get their skill or age adjusted. But the best player will still be the best player and the oldest player will still be the oldest player. Requests of resetting a private league can only be made between seasons and the league have to completed at least 3 seasons before they can request a reset. The requests are made by pushing a button on the league's league settings page. The support crew will then handle the request and make sure the league isn't reset by mistake. New welcome page The first page that you reach when you log on to one of your teams has now been given a “make-over”. The page will now look a little more like the lobby page divided into different sections. You will be presented information about what has happened in your team and in the league since you last visited the team. The intention is to make that page more informative and easy to read and also to give more attention to the different parts of the league like forum and press. This page will now also be possible to reach at any time being logged on to your team by clicking on the Xpert logo in the upper left corner. Clicking on the Xpert logo without being logged on a team will take you to the lobby. If you aren't logged on to the site at all it will take you to the front page of the site. Shortcuts to all other players on a player's page As some manager requested we have now added a drop-down list containing all players in the team from the player's page. This way you can go from player to player without having to go back to the player squad between each player visit. This feature will be available for VIP members only. Other small changes and adjustments 1) The loyalty bonus that is added to manager's merit value when he applies for a job in the job centre is now limited to 4 years. This means that it won't make any difference if the manager has been in his current club 4 or 6 years, the loyalty bonus will be the same. 2) When there are less than 2 days left to the closure of the transfer window there will be higher restrictions regarding the asking price. As the player will be on the transfer list for a lot less time the asking price must be at least 90% of the player's value. This restriction have been forced on us by cheaters and we may have to restrict it further to stop all possibilities to cheat. 3) The normal form update is now done before the match simulation instead of after. This change will make the form changes due to match situations more evident. 4) The manager's performance in the match has been given slightly more importance. 5) The manager grade the manager gets for a match will be slightly more dependent on the opponents manager performance in the match. This means that if you face a manager that is performing well tactically you will get higher grade than if the manager performed lousy tactically in the game. It was like this before to but it has been given slightly more importance. 6) Young players will risk to be reduce their skill slightly more than previously in cases where they “qualify” for skill reduction at the season update. 7) Young players tendency to have a normal form above 10 has been slightly reduced.
