Lol.

I joined the gym about 2 months ago, been going 3 days a week, and quit smoking. Calmed down on beer, started drinking lotsa water.

The gym esp, but all these combined have generally made me alot happier lately. I know it's the cliche shit fact that everyone spits out.. exercise makes you happy etc.. but it seems to be working for me. Go do it.

Plus I lost my moobs, fuck yeah.

So yeah, now I'm maybe 50/50. When I get down i get pretty down though whidch sucks, but those episodes have been kinda rare lately.

i was at the gym 3 times a week for a while and it was good but i stopped going

was getting too exhausted with it on top of work

Yeah pretty much. I did have a bit of coke/mkat and whatever else at a house party a few weeks ago but that was a rare occasion.
