Okay, the good news is, we're back from the trip. Thank StarClan my internet came back, it was out last night...
On a sadder note, I'm afraid that Rainstar has decided to step down from her post as an admin, and she's also no longer RPing. This is due to both diminished interest and time constraints. Rainstar will be missed (for how much she got on, anyways), and will be remembered here as the first member of this RPG after me, but if someone doesn't want to staff, we can't make them stay, the same going for RPing.
Any messages posted here on the note of goodbyes- I'll be sure to pass them on to her, and relay back what she says.
As for the charrie- Unless everyone thinks it's a good idea for another high-rank to die right now (and note that Rain still has most, if not all, of her lives left), I think she should be the first character on the board put up for adoption- any active member who doesn't have too many charries on their paws already, and can stay true to Rainstar's personality, will be able to claim her once I have the Character Trading and Adoption board up, which will be done within the next few days.
Anyone who thinks we should do otherwise with Rain's character (Kayla/Rain has agreed to let us do whatever we find suitable with the character, by the way), please speak up.

Rain and I will be gone again starting today, and ending Sunday night.
While we're gone- Carry on the RP as usual, ThunderClan, go through the administrations of the rogue whoopin', maybe find a fox in one of the Clans... EPIC FORESHADOWING FTW!

I just discovered that one member's website (I won't name any names unless I have to) is using a direct copy of our rules. As in, they copy/pasted it right in without even crediting this site.
That would be plagarism, AKA stealing. I'm going to warn people right now that we don't allow people to copy our rules (even if you give credit or link), or anything else of the sort. If you wish to use anything on here as a guideline for yours, that's fine- but please, for the love of StarClan, put it in your own words.

These are some updates planned for the rest of this year, and next year, mainly pertaining to the site's structuring.

A) We're going to make things more organized- For example, as Fogcloud suggested to me, we're going to categorize character bios by Clan. Should make finding certain character information easier.

As soon as this year is over (or sooner if I can get around to it), I'm going to be posting a monthly list of goings-on here, in the portal, and a short version in the welcome table. Also, as soon as January of next year hits, I'm going to be updating the Member of the Month in a more dedicated fashion- I will also put a page up which will list the MotMs we've had and when. :3

C) This should start soon- We're clearing out the current playlist, and the new one will not be filled up by admin-only and a few member's picks for songs, but a few songs from everyone. This should make it so the Playlist can appeal to everyone more easily.

D) Role-playing will progress as usual.

After discussing it in the Staff Forum, we've decided to do away with the character limit! No more "two characters only" and stuffs! 8D

However, there are a few catches-

1. You must be able to keep all characters you make active and stuff, otherwise you'll need to delete them or give them to another player who can handle the charrie.

2. Seriously, by no limit, we don't mean you can have a gazillion charries. Take it easy and don't overdo it. xD If we say NO MORE, we seriously think you have enough for now.

Her internet is being realllyyy, effed up, so she won't be on nearly at all. x_x
