Does anyone else get this kind of confirmation or any other message from the office saying that they got the documents? |

I still didn't get one yet. However, if I won't get any confirmation within this week, I think it will be a good idea to contact the office. By the way, when your documents were sent? I was sending my documents through university, so they probably were sent close to the deadline. |

well, my case is different, I sent the documents too early, december the 28th. I received the comfirmation letter the 15th of January. Btw, the letter was directed to a Portuguese guy haha, but I supose that's just a small confusion, considering they got my mail. good luck, I think you'll probably get the confirmation this week

Your case is REALLY different. I guess it's not the first time when you are participating in the program? Anyway, I believe that the the confirmation will be sent within this week. Edited by pawliux, 2 Feb 2010, 14:15.

You should go to your international relation office first. They may have recieved the confirmation and not forwarded it to you. I recieved an e-mail directly from the center (like last year actually) and my relation office recieved an e-mail too (but forwarded it to me 5 days later). |

It was exactly this case. I emailed my university's international relation office. They got confirmation on Jan 26th and I don't think they were planning to forward it to me. So everyone who still didn't get a confirmation should contact their university's international relation office first. |

Yep this is also my case. I didn't get a confirmation e-mail from the centre directly, but they've sent one to the international relations office of my university. I think it depends on which member of the staff received your application: some will send a confirmation e-mail to the relations office of your university only, whereas some send a message to the university and to you. |

I sent my application file, in person, on January 19th. I received the confirmation email on Jan 28th. The employee at the post office told me it would take about a week for the file to get to Belgium. Mind though, I chose "Express delivery". So the whole "send-accept-notify by email" process took about 9 days. If any of you've been waiting more than 20 days, I suggest that you send an email to the centre, just to be sure. Good luck to everyone! |

Another excellent piece of information. Thanks for sharing it with us. ^_< Anyone who still didn't get confirmation yet, has plenty of options what to do now. Edited by pawliux, 3 Feb 2010, 10:48.

This is it \o/ I've just recieved an e-mail from my international relation coordinator. It's strange, this year they seem to prefer not to communicate directly with the applicants. |
