| Warm, soothing goo surrounds your body. It's so hard to move, and impossible to think. You may not realize it yet, but you have been selected for the Crew of the Vesmir. Oh, sure, you may not be capable of anything good or wholesome, and fine, you not even know what space is, but that doesn't matter to your moon-sized captor. You have been chosen, stolen from the only home you have known, and are now forced to suffer the indignities only a ship of kobolds can provide. Perhaps it's not as serious as all that. Somewhere between the crystal spheres and the endless void of space drifts a giant, living, silent ship. The Vesmir. Home. Once you log in, this annoying block of text goes away: |

Okay, here is how things are going to go. Chat will be pure straight up text. Anything in another language will go in <brackets> with the Language after it (like so) MEDUSA: MEDUSA online. Kobold: Meep! <What is terrible noise?> (Koboldian) Actions will be done with the The Vesmir tab. Dialogue can be added within. The kobold scratched his nose with a claw, a wry smile on his face. "Is good, you try. Make you strong." The meat on the strange brittle brown dish was white and smelled a little like seafood. Internal thoughts can be delivered thus. Mudkips thinks, "I say, her bosoms are really quite remarkable." Remember, unless it is spoken aloud, you cannot hear or see it. You can't discern names from thoughts. You cannot hear thoughts. You cannot see people's descriptions of things, unless Mudkips is doing it and then it will be really obvious. Everyone makes mistakes, but try to pay attention to who is saying something and who is thinking something else. |

Oh, and present tense seemed to work best. Let's use that for now. |

Oh, and actions in speech can be done with asterisks like so: <Kobold> Is fine weapon! Very strong! Only break ten percent of time, well within margin of error, yes? *He hurriedly reattaches a screw that has fallen off, clawed fingers spinning.* Is very safe! Make big boom! ... Of enemy, yes! Ehehehe. |
