This is the USM training guide

Step One: Have The Recruits Sit On The Ice Benches, And Then Introduce Yourselves, Make Sure You Tell Them To Call You "Sir Or Ma'am."

Step Two: Ask The Recruits If They've Ever Been In A Military before.

"We Find It Easier Knowing What Your Working With"

Step Three: Read The Stickies Above The Door And think of how to interpret it.

Step Four: Begin Training.

Step Five: Tell Them The Basic Rank Structure,

Examples: NCO "Non-Commissioned-Officers ----> What The Recruits Are

Warrant Officers.

Officers.

General.

Cabinets.

Step Six: Tell Them How, Working Hard Gets You Promoted.

Examples: Working Up Front To Help Recruit, Recruits.

Guarding The Gate. (Use the gate there to practice)

Helping In Raids.

Good Grammar.

Following Directions.

Step Seven: Thoroughly Go Over The Code Of Conduct And After Saying One Of The Things Listed, Wait A Few Seconds Or Let It Scroll Once Up, Before Saying A New Thing Listed.

"Recruits Usually Need A Few Seconds To Read Like Most Of Us, So Not To Fast"

Step Eight: Ask Them If They Have Any Questions, If None Carry On, If There Is Try To Answer It As Correct As Possible.

Step Nine: Tell The Recruits To Look Over The Training Codes, And Tell Them To Stand When They Are Done Reading It.

Step Ten: It Is Good To Quiz Them On The Training Codes Or Show Them Examples.

"We Prefer To Do Attention Drills, And FTF, FTB, Etc."

Step Eleven: If You Decide To Do Attention Drills, Make Sure You Do Commands Like Attention, Ease, Carry On, FTB, FTF, Attention, Etc. Test Them.

Step Twelve: Ask If They Have Any Questions.

Step Thirteen: F&C Them Each, One At A Time, Tell Them They've Passed And Give Them There New Motto. Or [USM] Private [T].

"Make Sure When They Face Forward They Are Straight And They Wave And Say Yes Sir/Ma'am"

Step Thirteen: Dismiss Them, And Also Congratulate Them, It Makes Them Feel Better!

Step Fourteen: Tell Them BTB, And Once Again Ask If Any Questions.

Step Fifteen: F/R Them, I Find It Easier Knowing Who They Are, And They Feel More Welcomed.

It Also Helps If You Need People To Go To HQ Or Meeting.

Keep Tabs.
