November 11, 2008 Featured Event Design a seasonal trinket for the game! A rare opportunity to contribute artwork to the game! The aim of this contest is to create a new seasonal trinket, to be available in-game in December. Creating trinkets requires a special talent, because even if you work at a larger scale, your final product is so small that every pixel counts - the final maximum size is just 36 pixels wide by 39 pixels high. The trinket design is your choice - it might be an ornament, something snowy, something relating to gifts or decorations, something from a winter tradition or festival. Make it something that will have general appeal. You may want to take a look at the Trinkets page on YPPedia to get some ideas of what is currently available and how the artwork is usually constructed. I can't wait to see what you come up with! |
