Popped a few pics in the new members section but here are a few more. Photography not my speciality as you will see. Either taken into the sun or when it was too dark!! lol

Not had her a week yet so still learning about the EVO and the art of the possible.

Car is 2005 import and is reportedly running 390 bhp @ 1.5bar but until I get in on the rollers can't substantiate.

Ideally looking to a solid 400-420bhp as not ready (just yet) to spend huge sums on turbos, strokers or whatever (that's me pretending I've learn't something!!)

Alloys are properly knackered!! They are 18". Can't decide if worth refurb or buy new. wheel nuts and locking nuts foul the rims eveytime you remove so my guess is need replacement nuts as well as not designed to go with these wheels. I do not like the wheels as split rims so would probably go with all black or a gunmetal or a dark bronze or sorts.

Priority though is a full service and then to see what tweaks could be made

See you at the Tuna garage and hopefully some meets soon :)

rims are going.

Can't decide if to go new/used or refurb them in one colour either black or gunmetal.

I might see if I can pick up some original enkei rims and get them tarted up instead.

Just a case of what to do first really.

Priority will be a service I think so I know where I am starting from

New rims arrived. Was a tough choice, really wanted the Rota Force but just a little out of my budget :(

Went for DARE Drift RGIIs, 18x8.5 in the end.

went out to spend 40 quid to have the alloys swapped over and came back 700 quid worse off!! This car has some many hidden nasties I worry every time now something does not seem right!!

In short two of the original tyres where wearing from the inside out. Yes inside out, wtf!! One of the others had perished rubber where it joined the rim so had no choice but to shell out for 4 new tyres tere and then seeing as they already off the car. Best on offer was Eagle F1.

The vibration through the steering wheel is much less now (The old rims that came with it had really cheap spacers on them that moved around, coupled with the fact they still seemed to foul the calipers every now and then!!

Not sure now what the vibration might be, bushes pehaps, engine mounts? I have no idea! Still trying to nurse my cheque book back to health

I the colour I ordered was graphite but these do look like they have a blue/sliver tinge to them so maybe they sent the wrong colour but I was so keemn to get the old ones off I didn't check, too late now lol
