But I do agree with what some of them are saying, the list should be longer. A Top 50 maybe. But I'm sure you'll be getting round to that. Good to see Seps in there twice. Arise should come close to the Top 40 too I would think? Thats my opinion anyway. But thats biased so don't pay any attention haha.

I could make it a top 50 but it still wouldn't include Metallica and I doubt it'd include Megadeth or Anthrax either... it's definitely going to be updated as there a couple in the list I'm unhappy with (Testament, Blessed Death) and a couple of bands I have to check out once my net is uncapped (like Forbidden Evil and Hirax) that should make a dent on the top 40

What about Morbid Visions then? I don't really care if a list doesn't include Metallica or Megadeth. As much as I like Metallica's first four albums they are way overrated. I think Megadeth would stand a better chance of getting into a list but the same applies to them really. In the context of your list they are not true thrash really. Megadeth come close but not really close enough. And I think IMBO is going to be a new trend here. :D

I really hope though, that you're not one of those e-thrashers, who actually think that one can't be a "true thrasher" if Metallica (perhaps the unkvltest thrash band ever) is one of their top faves. IMBO Metallica's and Megadeth's first 4 albums are musically a lot more interesting than many of the albums on your list, though maybe not as aggresive, violent and ugh, raw (or in other words, miserably produced).

You can tell by what's on the list that I'm for the faster, harder, eviler stuff. And Morbid Visions I thought, while a great album, is a tad immature... Schizophrenia is really Sepultura's best The ones I've decided I want to take off are Blessed Death, Testament, and Sacrifice - Torment in Fire (the last one for the same reason as Morbid Visions didn't make it)

I've heard of Testament, Vio-lence, Sepultura, Artillery, Morbid Saint, Slayer, Overkill, Destruction, Sodom, Exodus, and Exumer. I suck. Also, Schizophrenia needs to be higher.
