Administhrasher Posts: 364 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Jun 14, 2008	OK, so I've been listening to a lot of hardcore lately, mainly thrashcore like Larm, Cryptic Slaughter, Siege, DRI etc as well as bands like Poison Idea and UK bands like Discharge, Broken Bones, Chaos UK and some awesome Jap bands like Confuse, SOB, Outo, etc... The kind of music I'm thinking of at this time is gonna be thrash-metally but is probably gonna turn out predominantly thrashcore.... I'm trying to nail that proto-grind (ie ultra-fast, politically aware assault without the cliche image or cringe-worthy vocals) sound while retaining a thrash metal mentality... if that makes sense. Anyway, at the moment not much is happening. I'm finishing year 12 exams and don't know anyone into this kind of music... hopefully I will find some like-minded people next year at university (and through the summer holidays, I'm gonna try getting better at guitar, haha)... so look out! Maybe I will have to send it out to you all as DIY-tapes with the way this damn Rudd government's internet-censorship is going

I have however always had to make thrash metal and I know that with all the stuff I listen to, any music I make would have a massive hardcore influence. Anyway, I already know a label to release it, once I actually get this thing together haha
