Bray Killing It In Camp

Per some KC Chiefs fans, the chatter is about how well that Tyler Bray has been handling himself and performing in training camp. Bray is in a battle for the 3rd QB spot with Aaron Murray from Georgia. This far, Murray is getting fewer and fewer snaps in each successive practice. It is Bray, who is taking more and more snaps. In fact some believe that Bray, with a solid camp, will beat out Chase Daniel for the Chiefs back up job to Alex Smith. That move would s=ave the Chiefs $1 million this year, almost $5 million next year. If Bray does not make the Cghiefs, he will catch on somewhere else.

Chiefs need to hang on to QB Tyler Bray

Chiefs’ backup QB Chase Daniel knows Tyler Bray, Aaron Murray are coming for his job

No doubt he has the talent ... he just needs to get serious and mature that gray matter between the ears.

I think Bray has more physical talent in his pinkie than murray has in his whole body, but it aint just physical at QB. He could not be with a better Corch than Reid, maybe Karma for him, all the SHTZZ that went on at Ut when he was here with the Corch's and now in the NFL with one of the best QB Corchs...

Really hope to see Bray get a shot. The kid had one of the best arms I have seen at UT. It was a shame to see it wasted playing for Dooley. I would love to have him going in to this season with the recievers we have. I would be expecting 8 wins if TB was the QB this year. I know a lot of people didn't care for his attitude, but that was fixable with the right coach as Andy Reid is showing now.

Bray had a good camp. The Chiefs are said to be very high on him. They drafted Aaron Murray, not because of not having confidence in Bray, but rather because they know that they will not have Chase Daniel back next season due to his contract and they are uncertain as to Alex Smith's situation. Smith is a free agent after this season and he cut off all contract negotiations before camp began.

Back to Bary….he was 8 of 15 last night for 116 yards, 1 TD, and 1 Int. He came out of the game with a knee and ankle injury, but appeared okay after the game. Reports are circulating that the Chiefs do not want to lose any f their 4 QBs, especially Bray, so they are reportedly are going to put him on Injured Reserve list to protect him and allow them to keep all 4 QBs. Bray may actually be the Chiefs starting QB in 2015.
