If Tennessee loses a play-in game to Iowa the day after Auburn hires Bruce Pearl. Oh my. Good luck with that Dave Hart.

As someone said on twitter, it is as if the air has been let out of the UT basketball program a day before the UT hoops team plays in the play in game.

We are playing against a well coached basjetball team, not a bunch of good athletes who can rn, jump, and shoot. That is the SEC's trouble. Too few real basketball players well-schooled in the fundamentals of the game working in unison with theur team mates.

We cut the deficit to 3 at the half despite shooting only 38% from the field. Iowa shot 52%.

We were able to work the ball down low. We need to be able to stick a few jumpers outside.

Iowa likes to play the pick and roll out top and run screens on the offside.

We need a center. We just don't have one.

Iowa's coach bellyaching about a physical game. His guys hammered Maymon a couple of times down low.

McRae is effectively out of the game doing what we are doing. Martin has to get him cutting into the lane or setting screens for him to shoot.

What is McRae thinking?

Get the ball into the paint to draw the foul

I'm shocked. Seriously.

Iowa controlled the pace of the game for so long. The matched our big runs with a big shot to keep the lead. They stopped going down low to their big men.

We got the gal into the paint and went to the FT line and made the difference there.

TENNESSEE IS NOW IN THE NCAA TOURNAMENT.
