The SEC's string of NCs is likely over. With Alabama going down, the media is not about to push Auburn or Mizzou for the title game. They have massive SEC fatigue and want to see the Big Ten and anyone else there. I believe that Auburn would march the ball on anyone they played. Saban cost his team on a few of his decisions late in the game. Not going for a FG once cost him a another NC. |

What does he make? $5mil +? A lot of talk about the computer not liking OSU with the soft schedule. WI is the highest ranked team they have played and I think they come in at #25. I wouldn't be surprised to see Auburn jump them. I doubt MO would jump OSU. Edited by Michelangelo, Nov 30 2013, 11:36 PM.

If FSU loses to Duke, and Ohio State loses to Michigan State ... it might be Alabama and Auburn in Iron Bowl II - This time its for the Crystal Football. |

It's amazing that Ohio State is going to be in the championship game. The highest ranked team was Wisconsin, who lost three games. It's unfair to put a team like Ohio State in the game. But ESPN loves them. |

It is not a given that they beat Michigan State next week. |

Even if they beat Michigan State, they still have played a weak schedule. Ohio State will have a one game schedule which will be the national championship game. Any team can win on any given day. The press loves urban and they have a very good chance of winning it all. |

I'm OK with Ohio State playing in the National Championship ... I just don't want a repeat of that scenario from two years ago.

Bammer will still be highly ranked as a one loss team. After the conference championship games, they could end up in the final two. Which is a fault of the BCS. I think you've got to go through conference championship games to play for the MNC. |
