Coming into this season, I was really, really against the hiring of Jancek as the DC. Now, Bajakian has replaced him as my most disliked coach on this staff. I didn't know anything about Bajakian other than some call him the "professor" because he is supposedly so astute at crafting game plans.

Yet, the professor couldn't exploit - and he didn't even TRY to exploit - a decimated Vandy secondary that had lost every single one of their starters. And, honestly, I haven't seen a lot of creativity at all or "crafting".

And this suddenly made me realize something. I had the wrong professor in mind ... he was really ...

I can't see Butch cutting Bajakian loose. Bajakian is Butch's right hand man and co-author of Butch's read option offense. To cut him loose, would be admitting that the Butch spread read-option is a failure.

I agree with that Tux. And if Butch Jones doesn't wake up to this fact, then we are screwed. A successful SEC coordinator has got to have the capacity to make an adjustment to take advantage of situations like this.

FR QB played like a FR QB last Saturday. I think they were scared to death that he would turn the ball over deep in our territory and Vandy was having a hard time scoring on our defense. Coaches knew Vandy's 2nd team DBs were in the game, but didn't trust the QB to be accurate or the WRs to make a play. Josh Smith could have made that one deep catch and all would have been forgiven for all the drops this year. Cody Blanc ran right by the CB on a WR screen and got the WR killed. Those 2 may be headed to defense.

We were one play call on 3rd and 1 at midfield from running the clock out. Later was the 1st over turn of a 4th and short QB sneak that I have seen since replay came to the college game. I have seen plays in space that remarked the ball and plays where you could see the the ball cross the goal line, but never a guess at a pile of players where you couldn't see the ball plainly. He probably made it, but that was a tough one.

Butch said today in his presser that we haven't been able to go down the field this whole season like he wants to do....On both INTs against Vandy the WRs had a big part in it.....The 1st the WR fell down and that was where the ball was suppose to be....not Dobbs fault.....The other INT Dobbs was out of the pocket and the WR was suppose to come back to Dobbs and didn't, CBJ said Dobbs should have thrown it away when the WR screwed up.

Go watch CBJ's Monday's presser video on utsports.com. You learn a lot that us folks on chat-boards are clueless about and just want to bitch and moan.

He tied for it.....keep preaching there Tux. Sooner or later you will come OUT and tell us Butch is a failure and isn't a football coach.

I guess he's suppose to turn chicken shit into chicken salad!!! And you were the one that posted a thread that we were down to ONE TRUE FRESHMAN QB playing the lacks of No.1 Bama, No.4 Auburn, No.5 Mizzou and add the fact we played the 3rd (THIRD) toughest schedule in the freaking country...

But James Franklin.....is a football GAWD!!!!

Phil, he is doing a unbelievably great job as a recruiter.

His coaching has not been up to the same standard, talent level down or not.

James Franklin is a very good football coach and is a rinsing star. I've said that on here before.

Keep it up. You're showing them who knows football. It seems that you are the only one who makes sense. You're very specific and on the money.

Pull up Vandys wins since PenisHead has been there and tell me what you see???!!! Until the bowl game last year he hadn't beat a team with a winning record.

And don't give me the FL and GA games this past few weeks because they were depleted of players. GA Southern just beat FL for gosh sakes...

You sucked on Dooley and Chaney's balls for 3 years and you are on CBJs balls because he had to start a TRUE freshman with shit around him for the last part of the season.

Just unreal.

Some on here are trying to make up for sucking the Dooley and Chaney juice for 3 years and turning on Butch when he's had SHIT to work with!! Tux wants a gunslinger that hums it 50 times a game...He hates this running shit so he's already turned on Butch.

Tell you something BJVol???
