Palardy is a senior so he will be gone when this kid arrives. Looks like he was attracting some attention from some big name schools.
Excerpt from Rivals (Volquest)

"My mom was there with me and she calmed me down and told me to take it slow and really weigh you options. I think that's a smart decision and that's what I'm going to do," Medley offered. "We were originally planning on going to Oklahoma and Texas A&M the first week of June and then stop at Tennessee for a camp for them to see me camp. That was the original plan but I don't know what we're going to now. I'll probably make a decision sooner than I was originally planning."

My understanding is that he had offers from Oklahoma and Texas A&M. He attended a camp that James Wilhoite participated in and Wilhoite told BJ, go get him.

That is good information. Wilhoite should be able to recognize a good kicker.

Like I posted on the other board though, we are going to look like The Rockettes soon if we keep taking kickers.

Palardy is gone after this season. Bullock broke his leg and from what I understand never impressed anyone a year ago.

After this year, we will have two kickers and a punter on schools. That is one too many.

More on Medley:

Medley made 27-of-31 extra points, 3-for-6 on field goals -- including a 50-yarder -- and kicked 31 of his 47 kickoffs for touchbacks. He also averaged 40 yards per kick and was ranked the nation's No. 2 kicker in the 2014 class by Kohl's Professional Camps and No. 10 by Chris Sailer Kicking, according to the GoVols247 story.
