Looks like D. Bell A Me is having a large time out in the land of the wacko left wingers. Ha, ha, check out large bong on table and dong business probably came a little later!

Yes Davin, you are a child of the sun, the sky and the deep blue sea!

Tux,
That picture is already posted/linked on every major board on the internet. I would question the common sense and intentions of a recruit who doesn't have sense enough to get the bong out of the picture. This guy kinda reminds me of our beloved DaRick!

You know, you are right. I bet it's probably used mostly as a Vase.

I remember a recruiting trip that I took to Indiana. There was a WR in the team who had a gas mask outfitted to be a bong. The smoke stayed inside of the mask until you took it off.

Well, that's original for sure. What did they call it when one person blew the smoke into another's mouth?

Can't believe Utah has better high school football per capita than California.

According to Bellamy, he didn't see the bong on the table. If true, then I most certainly jumped the gun and retract any insinuations that he might be the second coming of DaRick. He's going to Jawja anyway, so what the hell. But in the interest of fairness, this is alleged to be his statement:
"First I would like to say that if I knew the bong was in the room I wouldn't have even taken the picture in the room. I know everything I have to lose so I want to just put that out there," he said. "We were walking down the dorm hallway toward a party and these girls saw us walk by. They wanted to take a picture with us. We ran in for 15 to 20 seconds and sat on the sofa. We took the picture and ran out. In just the short amount of time we were in there, we didn't get to check out the surroundings. If I had known it was in there I wouldn't have taken a picture. That's common sense."

Now that the three-star prospect has returned from his visit out west, it is time to start the decision making process.

He says that three teams are currently in the mix, but one team has the edge.

"After the Oregon visit, they are in it. But right now, Georgia is my leader and Tennessee and Oregon are tied for that two-spot," Bellamy said. "There really isn't a third school because Tennessee and Oregon are just that close. Georgia is leading the way. I do plan on making a decision on February 6. If I'm not ready to make a decision on then, like I have told everybody, I'll don't mind waiting."

At this point, Bellamy plans to make his decision on National Signing Day, but he isn't 100 percent sure how he will make his choice known.

"We have a Signing Day at our school in the library around 10:30 or 11:00 o'clock (a.m.)," he said. "I have a couple of people talking about me coming down to do it on their television show, but I'll have to see if that all works out. I really want to sign with the people that I grew up with. It will probably just be at the school."

Lonzo, you were onto something. It appears that after seeing this picture, some players met with BJ to discuss related issues from Bellamy's visit to UT.

Did UT pull it's offer?

:With defensive end Davin Bellamy, we don't get the impression that Tennessee pushed very hard with him Monday night and Tuesday. A couple of sources indicated to Volquest that more than one player went to Jones expressing concern with Bellamy after his picture on Twitter and how Bellamy handled himself on his official visit on Knoxville. That's not to say that ultimately Tennessee wouldn't have signed Bellamy but without question some in the program had real concerns over his behavior. - - hubbs

Bellamy's mom is not happy with being mislead by UGA about Todd Grantham. He may sit out a year and then sign with UT

Bellamy should have waited for a week or so after signing day. Jawja probably threatened him with the "Well, we might be full by then and can't take you line." I think he smelled that something was up besides what goes in the bong. Both Philly and New Orleans are showing interest in Grantham. For practical need and playing purposes, I would have rather had this kid than the fickle Bell.
