Dooley was pretty subdued......it was like there was a giant elephant in the room.

I kept waiting for somebody to drop the "bomb" question about his future....the closest anybody came was when John Adams asked if he'd spoken to the AD recently.......

*IF* Hart is on the outside of this coaching search - WTF do both he and Dooley have to discuss?

Hart is Dooley's boss, so any discussion would and should be between them.

Fine - this question focuses on Hart.

*If* Hart is on the outside looking in on this coaching search - what does he have to discuss with Dooley?

Other than maybe "I'll let you know when they let me know"

He laughed....it was a kind of sheepish, uncomfortable laugh...and then he said any good employee / employer relationship should include frequent dialog (or something close to that effect).
