Every bad call and break went against the Vols. We lost a TD on Lattimore's injury., PI non-call, Official not calling SC QB out if bounds immediately and costing us a TO. |

Lattimore's elbow and forearm were down before he dropped the ball Tux but you are otherwise right. We caught no breaks AND got screwed by some really bad calls as well. |

I dont know if Lattimore fumbled or not, as I'm not watching a frame by frame on that play to figure it out. Dont care about that one though. If it were anywhere remotely as obvious how bad of an injury that was on the field as it was on TV (and there's no way it wasnt), I dont have a problem with the refs blowing that play dead immediately. We got completely screwed on several other calls, though. Then, of course, they did not call SC's ACTUAL horse-collar tackle later on after calling that phantom one on us was just icing on the cake. |

Elbow was down...I've seen 2 photos of it. Plus the review crew had about 15 minutes to look at it if there was any question. The non-grounding call was complete and total bullshit..if that had been us the flag would have come out before the ball touched the ground... The game was LOST because we come out the first half with ZERO clue what to do on defense and dig ourselves a hole that is hard to get out of....We have coverage busts where WRs are wide open with no defender within 15 yards...This has happened game after game after game. Then we have TARD-CUT go ape-shit with just under 4 minutes to go in the first half and we go 3 and out (which we usually do in that situation) and give the ball back to USC where they go down and put 7 on the board. And of course Tard at the end of the game puts Bray in position to screw up again when we had plenty of time and only down 3. USC knew we were going to throw it...game OVER!!!! |

How do you really feel about Chaney, Phil? Seriously though, that idiot has probably cost us at least 2 wins and at the very least turned the Florida game into a blowout by abandoning what was working in order to pass, pass, pass and then pass some more. I am troubled by the reports that he and Dooley spend hours talking offensive strategy because Chaney believes that a balanced offense means that you throw to more than one spot on the field. Can't stand him.....give me a gun-slinger qb and 2 or 3 that catch it and I can hum it over the yard...and get your ass beat in critical situations...Bastard will never learn and it's sad because we have the best OL we've had in years.. Bray has proven over and over that he will f'k up when it's nut-cutten time and Chaney is to fooking stupid to understand it. No reason to be throwing right there at that moment only down 3....NONE! USC knew what Tard Cut was going to do....game over! When your best defense is your offense Chaney will get your ass beat...he proves it in big games! If firing Dooley means getting rid of Chaney fire his ass before sundown. Edited by Tnphil, Oct 28 2012, 02:44 PM.

The worse call was the horse collor that cost us a turnover. To me it ranked up there with the 2004 SECCG for getting the most screwed by officiating crew...Still... Dooley... If he owned owned a funeral home people would quit dying. |

He was the one coach who I thought had to go after last season. |

Dooley might have wanted to...but most of his staff bailed on him and he couldn't afford to lose anyother one? |

The announcers were raving about Chaney during the game and the truth is if we had any semblance of an SEC defense we would have won the game going away. Bray had a very good game. |
