“We didn’t really accomplish what we wanted to against these top SEC teams, but we have to turn the page,” Dooley said. “There is a lot at stake down the stretch, and we could still have a really good season.”

Can't say, at this point, Tennessee would fare much better vs some of the also rans in the SEC.

Toss LSU out of the mix - that leaves Vanderbilt, Kentucky, Missouri, Ole Miss and Texas A&M.

Just more of Dooley being totally delusional and thinking Tennessee fans will buy into such a ridiculous statement. :icon_shit:

Thanks for just another wonderful and so very, very insightful post there Suzy Sunshine. Your wisdom and expertise is breath-taking.
I bet you were really glad to see the Shorthorns squeeze past that powerful Kansas team weren't you?

What is he supposed to say? Everything he says anywhere will be heard by the players. He has to show interest in the next 4/5 games if he expects the players to.

I thought his presser was going pretty good until he decided to distance himself from Sunseri. If Sal really was Hart's idea, then he probably just killed any goodwill that the AD might have left for him.

Sal Sunseri looks and sounds like Yogi Bear to me. Maybe he is a great LB coach but he is in over his head as a DC.

Was it Sunseri's idea to hire a 2nd db coach? We must be the only team in CFB to have separate coaches for corners and safeties.
