If you could make the call now, what would you do? 1. Fire Dooley now but let him coach for the rest of the year 2. Fire Sal now and keep Dooley for one more season 3. Fire Dooley and most of his staff at the end of the season 4. Support Dooley and his entire staff, giving him another year |

If we really have shot at Gruden I'd vote #1, If not I'd let season play out and evaluate at the end of the season. All other coaches are employed as a coach somewhere anyway. |

Ghost Assume that Gruden is not available. I think that is the case. |

Money is the issue.. While the expectations for this talent loaded team were great - this coaching staff has been, well; Sunseri should be on the street today.. Followed at the end of the season by Chaney.. Dooley has been poorly served by these two *ssclowns.. |

I see more reason to believe others who know Cindy's family that you. I'm not saying you won't end up being right but there's no reason to believe they aren't going after him and that he's not interested. It's come out from reliable media that he wanted the job last time. It's also known he's a big Vol fan. Now after that it's speculation but I think more people have provided reasons that there is interest than you have provided to show there isn't interest at all. |

Fire Dooley now and let an interim coach the team until the new coach is hired. Demote Sunseri today. |

I'd have firee Sunseri last night. I'd also kick his dog this afternoon. Probably key his car, too. I'd file a lawsuit against him tomorrow alleging fraudulent misrepresentation. As for Dooley, depends on if I think I have someone else worth a shit on the line already or not. I would not fire him now if I didnt. |

Other than the dog kicking - I'd agree with the rest.. I said this before the season - Dooley would be "staff" challenged in 2012 even with all the experience, depth and talent on this team.. |

And where, pray tell, is this SEC, upper echelon depth you speak of? The defense lost one of the best young free safeties is the league and couldn't replace him. The defense is playing nine guys with one year or less experience. Sal should be demoted or fired and Coach Dooley should be allowed to coach his first recruitng class through their senior season next fall. |

1) Tell Sunseri to clean out his shit and never come back on campus. 2) Tell Chaney to clean out his shit and never come back on campus. 3) Tell Dooley if he don't like 1) and 2) above, to clean out his shit and never come back on campus. 4) Appoint Pittman interim coach if 3) comes to reality. 5) borrow 700 million from China and hire Jon F. Gruden. |

I think we should keep in mind that Jon Gruden has no college head coaching experience. He has never recruited kids to come to a certain college and that his overall head coaching record is 100-85, far from Fulmer's numbers. I am not shouting Gruden down, I'm just pointing out facts. |

If Gruden will listen, then talk to him. If he won't come to terms, retain Dooley for next season. Demote or fire Sunseri, then fire Chaney. Hire a great OC that is an outstanding QB coach too. UT needs a superstar head coach, and I don't see another one available. This will not make the fan base happy and you will see Neyland only half full next season. |

You are really foolish to equate coaching records of the NFL versus college. The NFL does not have nearly the number of cupcake games as college. Your point is completely and utterly moronic. |
