Without mentioning the guy we are currently talking to, I like Tubberville better than anyone on your list. He's a proven winner and recruiter in the SEC and his record vs top 5 teams is insane and he looks like an ex Vol coach. Jay Gruden is regarded as one of the best up and comer NFL coaches and that's his desire.
