Yes AV that is correct.
We have faced and lost to teams with a combined record of 27-1 and fans act like they were 1-27.
The recruits understand that this program has been in rebuilding mode and were buying into what was being sold.
You and many others have lost all perspective and have no earthly idea about what is involved in building a program. You do not suddenly begin winning just because the schools name is UT and it has a storied tradition.
You conveniently forgot where the program was 4 years ago.
Addendum: It is irresponsible for our fanbase to act as they have when our season is still in play and we still have the opportunity to win more games here than we have in several years. If the move is going to be made, it will be made, but our fans have done the players on this team and the program itself a disservice by acting foolish and burying this team and staff in the middle of the season.
Tux, I laughed my rear end off reading this. Good grief, even you can't believe what you wrote! Or did you copy and paste this from Barbara Dooley's Blog? What recruits were buying in to what was being sold? The ones that have us ranked in the bottom third of the conference? I'd say AV has as much of an idea of what it takes to rebuild as you do. Remember, this is Dooley's third season with three recruiting classes of his on campus. I remember where the program was 4 years ago. About where it is now. Have you been critical of any players on this board that you have claimed LSU reads daily and shows recruits??? runner, laugh all you want. That does not bother me. I have forgotten more football than you have ever known.Carry on.

Rev, in your opinion, how many difference makers are CURRENTLY verbaled to UT? I know there are several top players thinking hard about UT. Three.
Kameron Miles and Jalen Reeves-Maybin are difference makers, and much needed in the defensive secondary. On the offensive side, WR Paul Harris stands out as a potential diamond (remember, he chose UT over USC ... Kiffey really wanted him).
There are two more that are potential sleepers. I'm intrigued by ILB Colton Goeas from Hawaii and (obviously) I'm still trying to figure out WR Josh Smith.

Looks like we're going to need them. I think there's 19 commits thus far.

Agree Tux 1000%. Why are we throwing the players and coaches under the bus? We still have 5 regular season games left. I wouldn't blame any kid wanting to transfer. Seems to me that our HC did a pretty good job of throwing a couple of our players under the bus after the Bama game. It is my understanding that his remarks about Hunter and Bray led to a bit of friction between him and his boss.
