Humm, two freshman kickers. I will be looking for a big return by the Vols this week!

But every other team in the nation has freshmen kickers who can actually kick.

Why isn't Tennessee capable of landing a kicker who can at least get the ball airborne and halfway straight from 40 yards out?

Obviously you have just axed a question that is one of the great mysteries of the universe. Both Palardy and Darr were rated No. one as kicker and punter respectively by at least one of the bigger services. If Brodus is still handling placements tonight, I will predict right here and now that he will be accurate! (Out on a limb of course).

Think about this.......can you name the last top rated kicker that amounted to much? The only one that comes to mind is the polish dimwit who played at Florida State and now kicks for the Oakland Raiders.
