In the three years Chaney has been offensive coordinator I have yet to see him call an impressive game. Down, distance, clock, and keeping the chains moving are factors he does not consider effectively. How about Bray on the QB sneak (stupid), how about the lack of a short passing game when our offensive line was getting beat consistently, and he ran the ball too much on first down. Where is the shovel pass, wheel routes, bubble screens, all things designed to take pressure off the quarterback. Chaney is not an avant-garde coordinator and that's what we need. Chaney will be Coach Dooley's Waterloo, time for him to go. |

That flanker screen at we were so good at in early/mid 80's would have been nice. |

Careful shake...you will be called a quitter by some here. They will tell you how you should act and you should believe all their excuses. You post the 100% truth in this post....But hey...our passing attack cannot be stopped and we do NOT need a run game. We will use the short passes...passes to the backs out of the backfield as our running game and we CAN'T be stopped!!! Maybe against Akron that is!! Chaney will get Dooley fired before it's over. |
