So says the former star runningback in college and the NFL on Sports Center this morning. Desmond Howard earlier had said he thought Bray was the best QB in the SEC right now. Both men picked Vols to win the game tomorrow. Of course, Smith did mention that UT had two wins this season over NCST and Ball State!

If UT win's on Bray's arm this weekend (and if they win, that's how it will happen), he'll be in the Heisman race. So will either CP or JH most likely, as we dont win without a huge game from at least one of them. |

ESPN has both Bray and CP on their Heisman watch list ... only UT and USC have two on that list. |
