Leonsking emailed me the link to this. Don't know who this guy is who put this up on Bass Silly O's site, but it is classic work. A collection of the greatest hits of Dumbrick Rogers: This guy has a real body of work. Have any more you can think of? Sushi Spot 7535 Barnett Way Powell, TNPh: 938-7299‘Mama Said Bar Knocksville You Out’: It’s a golden oldie but back in his freshmen year, Rogers ran from the cops after the incident. He was picked up and cited. But it was a great sign as he originally got away from the police! ‘Let’s Get Physical’: Threw a weight at a trainer and cussed out a trainer this past winter. Not one of DaRick’s best effort and it didn’t chart very long. ‘Man From Uncle Charlie’: Dareeek called esteemed veteran WR’s coach Charlie Badget ‘Uncle Charlie’ as sort of a black on black racial slur adnauseum. Badget eventually quit at the end of 2011. Who can blame him? ‘Call Me Maybe a Georgia State Panther’: Da Rick threatened to go to Ga State back in the summer out of the middle of nowhere. It was a twitter burst. There and gone. Seriously mainstream material. Pure Pop. This one didn’t chart very long. ‘Bowl Game Blues’: Da Rick poisoned atmosphere of Kentucky preparation as he refused to work the game plan the week of the game. Was overheard along with Bray saying ‘who cares if we go to a stupid F****** bowl game. Lovely. ‘Fat Bottom Girl’: Who will ever forget the twitter picture of DaRick and his lady friend. She needed a shake a weight. (see above) ‘School’s Out’: Actually it was in for the rest of his teammates back in the spring/early summer. But Darrick failed to attend regularly. He was gotten on by his coaches and subsequently was inspired to record his other hit Call Me Maybe A GSU Panther.’ ‘Makin Bacon’: A double sided record. On the A side an argument during the Arkansas game where Darrick verbally jumped strength and conditioning coach Ron McKefferey in full camera view. On Side B, Rogers chewed on Malik Jackson till Jackson had enough and dusted him and beat him down in UT’s locker room! The only thing I could add is the now infamous tweet concerning cocaine and talent which don't often intermingle. Little did Dumbrick know at the time that he was placing one last straw on his camel's back. Apparently Dave Hart is not a big Eric Clapton fan! |
