8/19 Practice Report Greg King and Ben Bartholomew were moved to tight end today. Greg King is excited about the move. Bartholomew will do whatever he is asked to do. They can say what they want about Herman Lathers, but from what Dooley has said al camp long about saving Lathers and him saying that Channing Fugate will play a lot, tells me we are likely to see more Channing Fugate than Herman Lathers. |

Naz Oliver makes his move. This is an interesting case study in perserverance. He has been hurt almost the entire time he has been in Knoxville. Then there was the tommy hilfiger incident as it has come to be known. Suddenly, Oliver is in the two deep at cornerback. If I recall correctly he was a top five prospect in New Jersey and was committed to Notre Dame at one time. Edited by LonzoVol, Aug 19 2012, 06:21 PM.

King seems excited by the move. The question I have is this, if he wasn't No. 2 behind AJ Johnson, then who is? Fugate is coming on strong as the almost co-No. 1 with Lathers, but who is the other primary backup at ILB. Is it Maggitt? |
