Offensive guard/center prospect is highly regarded by most of the recruiting sites.

As for Kohler, he looks the way an interior offensive lineman is supposed to look. He weighed in at 330 pounds, but you would have never guessed he was that heavy. He was offered today and Kohler said that the coaches like his strength, footwork and aggressiveness. It's interesting in that he camped Tuesday and did all the drill work. He didn't just watch. He got the offer today and continued to be a full participant at camp and he is going to compete again tomorrow before leaving Thursday morning. His grandfather who is originally from Nashville flew from Hawaii with him and is going with him to see UGA and Alabama.

Distance is something Kohler said he would have to really think about and visit with his family about. He really likes Tennessee alot and said they were high on his list. He won't do anything till the Army game most likely.--Brent Hubbs
Unless he plays for Hawaii, distance will be factor anywhere else.

"I love the campus. I love the locker room, the stadium, the academic center where you get help in. I'm loving Tennessee right now," Koehler said."Coach Pitt (Sam Pittman) has been my main recruiter. It's been good. He's a lot like my coach back home so I'm liking it.

"Tennessee offered today. I was pretty shocked they offered. I was happy though."

"I kind of knew I wanted or would like to play in the SEC," Koehler offered. "But then there's the travel from home. It's definitely a talk I have to have with my family.

"The relationship with the coach and the academic help that I can get," Koehler cited as two key factors in his decision. "Tennessee is definitely in my top (list of schools). I definitely like the area. I'm enjoying it."
