Following the pitiPhil recruiting by Lumpty Dumpy in 2007-08, Boy Kiffin insured Tennessee's misery over the past two years with a group of thugs and washouts in 2009. This man calls it "Tennessee's Worst Recruiting Class Ever!" http://dev.chuckoliver.net/2012/06/tennessees-worst-recruiting-class-ever/ |

I would venture to say that 2007; 2008, and the 2009 are equally the worst classes in UT history, when you consider how many were around when the fog cleared. |

Yeah, Kiffin's class turned out to be a real dud. Crompton's class was equally overrated, but may have ended up with a few more contributors from a numbers standpoint alone. |
