Then our fans should all go to their games and support this UT minor league farm system we have going. That would able them to give their coaches raises and improve facilities to where they can keep developing big orange players.Would you all be willing to go to CAK and pay $20 to go to a game? That's really not that much to insure that we have a fence around that place. I think this could really make us a more powerful program if all of us agreed to do that. What we should do is send a proposal by mail to CAK suggesting this raise, then we get signatures on it agreeing to pay $20 per game and go to at least 75% of their home games. |

Ghost, It's nice to see that you have obviously adopted CAK as your favorite high school team. Excellent choice, you should fly in to see them play at least once this fall!

I used to hate them. Back when they were a smaller school, They put my Greenback team out of the tournament one year on their home court, and I played an awful game. They had a player that I roomed with in a summer camp, we guarded each other and I knew I could whip him because I did in camp, but it was the opposite. So anyway that always left a bad taste in my mouth about them, but since they are now a Big Orange breeding ground I have to pull for them. My college allegiances rule over high school and pro. Another example is I sometimes go to a Dodger game and pull for the Dodgers but I'm going at the end of this month to see RA Dickey pitch and I will not be rooting for the Dodgers, even though I don't like the Mets. |
