Have any of you read Inky Johnson's book? Looks like it just came out, and a couple of people have really been inspired by it.

By the way, I got Phillip Fulmer's book for Christmas (from someone who doesn't know me well), but never took the shrink-wrap off and still can't get rid of it on eBay or Amazon Marketplace
