You have to admire somebody who lost his shot but never gave up. Tatum had a great game....but what is really amazing is that we flat kicked Vandy's ass in the paint. Stallings is an idiot the way he coached his team...praying for Jenkins hitting contested shots all day. Skylar and Jordan both played great defense, although I'm not sure exactly what goal Jordan was shooting for, as it clearly wasn't the same one everybody else was using. Stokes has a 106 degree temperature earlier and comes out and snags what....15 rebounds and five or six blocks???? What heart this team has!!! It clearly revolves around our Coach...the team has his personality and his guts....... |

That was one of the best defnsive effort that I have ever seen fro a Vols team and we have had some very good defensive teams in the past. Stokes was a force down low in the post and Tatum took over and hit some big shots in the clutch. |

Bruce who? Please compare Skylar's defense with his effort last year. Coach CM deserves to be named SEC coach of the year over that crook at Kentucky. |

Travis was giving Pearl 100% credit for the recruitment of Stokes. Bruce did a lot, but Cuonzo had to rercruit him and sold him on ZoBall |

Shakey....it was amazing to see Skylar in Jenkin's grill. I had no idea he was quick enough to do what he did yesterday. To Jenkin's credit he hit some VERY tough shots. What amazed me is Stallings not making adjustments to his offense to counter act what we were doing to Jenkins....AND why Taylor wasn't a factor at all.........Cam had Taylor most the day, but that was a post up waiting to happen and it never did...... |
