5. Clemson, rubbing Howard's Rock for good luck
6. Mascots, from Georgia's Uga, to Texas' Bevo, to Colorado's Ralphie and more
7. Florida State, Chief Osceola firing down the spear
8. Wisconsin, jumping around
9. Notre Dame, the alma mater
10. Georgia Tech, the 1930 Model A Ramblin' Wreck

They left out the "Boomer Sooner" wagon. What's more exciting than to see the wagon come on the field of play during the game? How about the "Trojan Horse"? Bunch of subjective BS from some sportswriter who has nothing else to do, in my opinion.

Cynical Idealist

We haven't won anything in a long time. It's just sports writers disrespecting us. If we start winning over the next several years, running through the T will be thought much more highly of than it is now.

Half those teams have gotten hammered for cheating in modern times and we run a clean program. I think that should count for something.
