Lovie Smith.. I was half assed paying attention to WVLT's sports anchor tonight when he more or less said "take it with a grain of salt" but Lovie Smith has shown interest.. |

Why not? Beats the shit out of Cutcliffe. I am in cold sweats. Neyland won't be 75% full for an opener with CDC, who got canned by Ole Piss on the sidelines.... |

Lovie Smith Would be Wise.... I'm torn on this one. I have never been impressed by Lovie's offensive acumen, but his defenses are usually stout. He's got a defensive background. If he could hire a good OC and give the OC the opportunity to run the offense-like fill-up gave the bandidto, it might work. Lovie would be a draw for many black kids. He'd make Hot Tub Roy a happy man for sure. Edited by TennesseeTuxedo, Jan 14 2010, 09:16 AM.

Nothing wrong with hirin' a NFL reject - nothing at all. Tennessee has some recent experience going that route.. Hell, lets head down that path once again... |
