First stop for UT insider info: a Bammer fan blogspot account. I've heard that it's really Mike Hamilton using a pseudonym and running that site, so don't be surprised if this all comes true. Or if Phil Fulmer unzips himself and 117 year-old Bear Bryant steps out.

Fulmer himself would polarize this fan base and the program more so than ever. It would not recover in our lifetime.

Cutcliffe would also polarize the fanbase. It's time to chop that Fulmer coaching weed down.

Well what the fuck is Kippy doing in Knoxville vs sittin' on his ass drawing a paycheck?

Cutcliffe is more than likely the "best" considering the alternatives to take over in Knoxville. No, not a long term solution - but a guy who can get Tennessee though a couple up and down years..

Polarizing - hell that is EXACTLY what the Kiffin did - and yes there are legions of Kiffin idolizers out there in the Volunteer fan base - and all I can personally say to'em all - lets move on. Tennessee will get through this - guys like Cut while having a track record that is there for all to see - can guide Tennessee through the SEC..
