SEC Stats

We still have a couple of decent defenses to face in South Carolina, but we have faced our stiffest offensive teams.

Nothing replaces victories, but our offensive stats are going to improve and our defensive stats may get better as well. So much for the theory that our defense would suffer in losing Chavis and being in the hands of a coach who had not coached collegiately for close to 30 years.

Tux, the thing that really stood out to me was the fact that Tennessee is third in the league against the run after playing the top three teams in the league in rushing (Florida, Alabama, Auburn)!

save the U.S. don't let your kid play soccer

Oh, but our defense looked like shit against Auburn don't you know...Monte's no upgrade. Whatever.....that was our worst, most banged up game of the season and our defense was on the field all night because our offense flat out sucked, but they still didn't break. Cunts that didn't watch the game telling me I didn't know what I was talking about praising Monte.

Alabama is really the only rushing team that South Carolina has faced thus far. Te 147 yards per game average sticks out like a sore thumb.

I look for the Vols to exploit the SC defensive line. SC will try to stop the run and may force JC to beat them with his arm. Even so, we will rack up 150-200 yards on the ground.

SC is just as bad on special teams as we have been. Our kick off returns have been improving. We could bust a big one this week.
