You have to hand it to Coach Kiffin, he surrounds himself with the best assistant coaches money can buy, he and his staff can coach up and evaluate talent, his play calling is remarkable, he is an outstanding motivator, and his scheme/ second half adjustments are spot on. He is selling the fact that UT is now a farm team for the NFL to the highest rated recruits in the land. As a high profile high school player one would think playing for a staff with extensive NFL experience and contacts would be a STRONG selling point. In a few years we will be so physical that opponents will think they are playing the Colts and they will dread even thinking about the Vols. Without doubt this coach and his staff are the best in college football at getting the most out of each individual player and Kiffin is the most confident coach I have ever witnessed and just think the best is yet to come. |
