If I were Hamilton, I'd say something along these lines:

"Mr Slive, sir, respectfully: please get your nose out of Urban Myer's ass. And, while you are at it, please stop coddling the cheating Crimson Tide. Thanks, asshole

PS, if you decide to not listen to my request, I'm sending Orgeron to ask"

If I am Hamilton, I would say:

Funny tux. If I knew the answer I think, do you think I'd have asked the question? Buuuuuulllllshit. It's you who doesn't know or have an answer. Good fucking grief. I only said it's been Mike Hamilton's job to go to bat for UT for years! Thinking he can do anything to scare the SEC office by scaring Mike Slive with fans calling him a hypocrite you're delusional.

Judging from this column, Mike Slive still doesn't get it.

Mike Slive's ego is about to take down the best conference in the nation.

No problem Tux. Better to have a talent than delusions of grandeur of having one.

Sounds like Mike Sluve is shaking in his boots huh? Now that Ogre's weighed in I'm sure the SEC presidents are meeting to discuss his ouster as we speak....

Exactly, Chef. Exactly.

When the Boogeyman goes to sleep every night he checks his closet for Ed Orgeron.

If it looks like chicken, tastes like chicken, and feels like chicken but Ed Orgeron says its beef, then it's fucking beef.

Ed Orgeron doesn't read books. He stares them down until he gets the information he wants.

When Ed Orgeron gives you the finger, he's telling you how many seconds you have left to live.

Ed Orgeron's dog is trained to pick up his own poop because Ed Orgeron will not take shit from anyone.

Ed Orgeron sold his soul to the devil for his rugged good looks and unparalleled football coaching ability. Shortly after the transaction was finalized, Ed form tackled the devil and took his soul back. The devil, who appreciates irony, couldn't stay mad and admitted he should have seen it coming. They now play poker every second Wednesday of the month.

I fully support Kiffin in his protest of the officiating. Now it is time for Mike Hamilton to take off his gloves and protect his coach from here on, so to avoid a suspension.

I love to see our new coach take on the establishment to ensure his men get a fair and square deal.
You do more then that if you are Hamltion, threaten to sue slimball slive!!! If i'm Kiffin i'll be loadingup for a fight. Its beyond reason to threaten any coach for blasting the pisspoor officaing that we all have been witness to.As long as a coach is not calling for someone to be killed or beaten within an inch of their lives pukes like slive need to stay the hell out of it! Heres a hint Mr.Slive how bout make your officals talk to the fucking press like the players and coaches after games? Make these sleazy bastards explain themselves and sence when is a liveball foul treated as a deadball foul? I know thats not the NFL rule or at least i believe not to be the NFL rule. For example back a few yrs ago KC was playing the Browns and either the Browns or KC was either liningup for a fg or play at the end of the game and i believe a KC player took off his helment.I know for a fact that the penelity was markedoff and another took place that cost KC the fucking game!!!!! So if the sec rule is different then its a bad fucking rule period. As football fans over the yrs we have all been subject to bullshit calls/rules like the tuck rule in the raiders pats game. And this latest nonsense is just more of the same!!!!!!

every university president should be concerned by Slive's threats of suspension over a coach's comments regarding this issue. While Slive is concerning himself with decorum and threatening university employees, Rome is ablaze! Slive believes that the airing of dirty laundry in public is the problem while he fails to comprehend the laundry is getting soiled on national television every week and continues to pile up. The presidents had better quickly instruct Slive to wash the damn clothes! This damn thing continues to grow legs in the national media and his response is to threaten coaches for speaking out? Who the hell is the SEC's director of public relations?

He is an employee of the SEC, which means that the SEC school presidents are his superiors.

But more than that they are his comrades...only if and when they're afraid they have any fear of losing funding will they truly consider ousting him. This all boils down to football versus academia and neither you nor I is on the proper side of the debate. We're too stooooooopid. Public U cunts and all that...

If I were Mike Hamilton, I would schedule an appointment to meet with Mike Slive ASAP. I would say something along these line.

Mr. Slive, the University of Tennessee is a founding member and is in good standing with the conference. We are just as important to this conference as Florida and Alabama are. We just don;t happen to be in the mix for the SEC Championship, but that is not stopping our fine young men from playing their hearts out fair and square.

I have brought a copy of the game film with me and I would like you to watch this with me. We have a great conference TV package that is second to none and he we have teams that are are second to none, but there is something that is damaging our conference's reputation and we need to discuss it.

If you do not wish to address the issue, fans across the country will point out the hypocrisy of our problem at every opportunity on every media available to them.

My coach is young and yes, he is not afraid to stand up for his team. I am now in a position to stand up for my coach, for other teams, and ultimately for my conference and the integrity of the game. This is huge. You can address the problem or it will get bigger. It does not need to get any worse than this, when there are over half of the team ADs in this league feeling the same as I do after their teams have been abused.

What are you prepared to do?

Replace Mike Hamilton - that is what the University should do. Take a look at the financial state of affairs within the UTAD - and compare that to a well run department.

The integrity of the SEC - let the commissioner deal with the officiating. Big picture the SEC is the big'un in college athletics - and who has been running the show? Sure the commissioner will listen to what Hamilton has to say - and move on to more important issues that impact the SEC..

And read the paper sometime and see what University presidents have to say about how athletic departments need to be run

a) "85% of college presidents salaries are too high for football and basketball coaches" -
b) "only 25% believe the status quo is sustainable"

this includes presidents of SEC schools
