Biddle: 'Message' boards reflect sign of the times for Vols Hand it to the UTAD. Mike Hamilton is showing himself to be a man who thinks outside of the box. While other programs are still doing things the way they have for 50 years, Hammy is blazing a trail in re-building this program. |

First of all, Phil Fulmer was never and never will be smart enough to think of something like this. If he ever did something like this, he would have been the feature of the new Shoney's Big Boy billboard ad, as the Big Boy himself. ![]() |

AJC: Kiffin, Tennessee are bringing their billboards to Atlanta
Oh, The Puppydog fans are not happy campers. Read the reader responses! :D South Florida Billboard I love that the idiots in Georgia are worried about tickets. The billboard has little if anything to do with tickets. This is image building with the recruits. |

They should not have put the word tickets anywhere on the billboard. We are not going to sell many tickets in Atlanta to non Vol fans and absolutely none in FLA, thats a long drive with every SEC game on TV in HD. Make it about TN and Eric Berry and be done with it, any more dilutes the message. imo |

I'm guessing that the UTAD injected the "ticket" reference to make the billboard using a current player, "legal" in the eyes of the NCAA. |

Just got back from SO Fla. yesterday and the Palm Beach Post ran a story about the billboards on Friday. Listened to the John Kincaid radio show on ESPN this morning and Lane Kiffin's name came up twice. We haven't been this relevant in years and it will pay off in recruiting. On the flipside, if you don't win, sooner or later you will fade back into obscurity no matter how much you try to keep your name and product out there. It's a good fresh start and a step in the right direction...eventually toe meets leather and all this BS goes to the WAY back burner. |
