UT position previews: Quarterbacks

It's Crompton -versus- Stephens for the QB job in 2009.

Lane Kiffin has had some good things to say about Crompton and very little about Stephens.

It will be interesting to see how this all works out.

I kind of disagree with you a bit Tux, I think Kiffin was sort of being pragmatic. I also think the first part of the article focused so much on an interview with Stephens and the reporter wanted to be "fair and balanced" by giving some info on JC.

In all fairness, Kiffin says he can see it when JC gets upset...not exactly a glowing review. But, JC must be soothed a bit....he was abused and is abused by fans. He needs some Kiffin skin. It is going to be interesting to see what happens.

That's really sad Indy, and Fulmer's fault IMHO...he threw the boy to the wolves by refusing to acknowledge his flaws. He's a Vol and I'm going to try and be like Liffin and have his back.
