Nike Free 3.0 Flyknit sale uk i¡¯d have to disagree with the minimalist claim, they may be relatively low stack heights or drops¡but imo have way too much to be considered as such as for forefoot striking and whatnot, striking should be avoided, don¡¯t like the focuses of fore, middle, and heel striking when it should be about points of contact not to say that striking shouldn¡¯t be talked about, like when correcting certain things, but points of contact need to be adressed more often

There seems to be some new science out via Amby Burfoot article at RW link to runnersworld.com¡. A study with a small sample, and Pete if you haven¡¯t already welcome your comments on it, showing that the sweet spot for best metabolic efficiency varies by runner based on the amount of cushioning. For some 20mm ( i.e like many of the shoes described in the post) was most efficient, for other 10mm, and for yet others best efficiency with no cushioning. So at least some evidence, maybe Nike Roshe Run uk sale taken to some extremes, that there is a need for these new offerings. I certainly appreciate my fresh Hoka or adidas Energy Boost run legs!

Nice review, Pete! In terms of (let¡¯s call it) dynamic offset, how do these compare with the Lunarglide? (I realize the Lunarglide is technically a support shoe, and this is neutral, but I¡¯ve found the dynamic ride or whatever support tech is in the LG to be relatively subtle.)

I¡¯ve seen the study reported on your website about energy return being 80% greater in Newtons more compared to flats. I¡¯m curious if there have been controlled laboratory studies examining oxygen consumption and speed in Newtons vs. other shoes? I find this subject fascinating after having taught Exercise Physiology for the first time last semester. For example, I¡¯d love to see a study comparing Newtons to a racing flat of equivalent weight.

Really like your Blog! As a 54 year Nike Free cheap sale old 30+ year runner, I think it is great you are wise in your thinking. Everyone does have different needs. The key, I believe is, people learning what good form is, and working to put this into practice with their body. Good form will put you into proper position, no matter what your foot strike is, and tone down a really bad strike, IMO. I like Peg 30s, and don¡¯t like to go lower than 8mm, as I am not a naturally flexible person. I am a mid-heel striker lik Nike Air Max 2015 Mens sale e you too, will try 31s based on your review! :)
