Hi, i'm sure i'll have more q's, but for now: 1) we really enjoyed a restaurant, i thought it was called "the crow's nest", billed as the highest restaurant or something on the island, had videos of sea life, and a tall, bald guy as the host (owner?). couldn't find it on the caymanrestaurants.com site, nor in a search on this forum. did it go out of business? 2) i'm a big barbecue fan. i'm not looking for a good ribs restaurant in cayman, but my point is, when i travel to the south, and i want good barbecue, i don't look for the most flamboyant, fanciest place; i look for the smallest, "local-est" place, as that usually means it's more authentic, as they're putting more effort into the food rather than the decor or advertising. so, my long-winded question is, can some seasoned veterans suggest some places for _real_ local cuisine? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
