Still the cop eh? lol: local access only and they have to move at a snails pace! In most of the small and even the large cities there, there are pedestrian malls where cars HAVE to give the right of way to the folks on foot its mostly delivery vehicles and local residents; "foreigners" are verboten to drive there!
