We have tried to keep the rules at The Lighthouse as simple as possible - There are just a few straightforward rules... Firstly the posting of links to other forums is not permitted and posts containg such links will be removed. Secondly posts promoting or advertising any form of service will be removed Thirdly it must be remembered that this is a Christian forum therefore the promotion of other faiths or belief systems is not permitted. Keep all posts civil, do not flame or ridicule others and of course refrain from using coarse or vulgar language The posting of images is permitted but must be suitable for the forum The Administrators and Moderators have to right to remove any image or posts which do not comply with these simple rules When posting material which you have not written yourself such as devotionals or news stories, it is important that necessary accrediation is given. This could be in the form of a weblink or email address. It is often better to post a portion of a news item with the url link rather than posting the whole article.
