Payment: Paypal, Checks, Money Orders, Western Union or Walmart Money Gram (the last two are instant for a fee) (Upon receiving payment by check or money order, the order will be on hold till the next available shipping date until this payment clears.) SHIPPING/DOA:Shipping Fish will be mainly done via fedex, this keeps the customers costs down, any fish over $250 will be shipped via airline, NWA or US Airways. This will ensure your prize fish will be delivered in a timely manner, most flights are approx. two to four hours. If more then one box is shipped it would be $5 per box, this charge includes, bags, water additives, packing needs and/or heat pads, cold packs , box etc. Shipping reptiles will be done via Fedex ONLY! There will be a $5 box fee, this will again cover all shipping supplies or materials. DOA Policy: If the fish or reptile arrives DOA, you will need to produce pictures within two hours, if this is not met, the guarantee is VOID. At this time if the requirements are met, you will be sent out another fish/reptile if in stock if not you will be reimbursed the money, at this time only the money for the fish or reptile will be replaced, the shipping is non refundable, and the buyer will have to pay for shipping again. DISCLAIMER: If the temps are above 90 or below 40 (farenheit) there will be no guarantee on live animals, this is due to sitting on a dock then a truck until reaching its destination, please make sure to check all local weather reports and inform me, there should be no problem at all but to ensure the welfare of the animal, this is a must!!
