How long have they been planing TTR:U? I think TR:A was just to get the story ready for TR:U. What do y'all think? |

Some people thought that too. I also looked at most of the TR:U magazine articles. One of them actually mention that TR:U was planned immediately after Legend's completion (not release) so they may have been planning this for about a year and a half (maybe more). That would take a lot of work to make a new gaming engine in scratch so I think a year and a half would make sense. (Plus all of that motion capture! Watching all those gymnasts just made me exhausted! ^_^) |

TR:A was used to set up TR:U... I saw Toby Gard say it in a interview.

Yeah, the head honcho said it himself! ![]() I remember him saying that in one of the IGN interviews. I think Eric Lindstrom mentioned it too. |

Toby Gard head honcho? I'd hardly call his role in Underworld's production as Cinematics Director and Story Writer as head honcho. Considering this is the guy who gave us Lara in the first place, he's been reduced to the equivalent of a tea boy. I find it depressing seeing his name relegated in the credits. But leaving that criminal injustice aside, yes, Underworld was in production from the moment Legend was finished. Personally, I think Anniversary was nothing more than a side project and means for Crystal to get themselves some pocket money to fund Underworld's development. |

Wow... mental firestarter... Anniversary did change up the storyline in a way so that Underworld's events would happen in a better format. To be honest, I think the game might have been better (and a bit more suspenseful) without the storyline change. Then again, it's just my opinion (I kinda saw the entire game through YT vids so I've been spoiled a little bit ^_^; ) |

TR2 - not so sure (though it would be nice to see Lara do karate)TR3 - people would rush and buy it since they've been asking for it!
