Heya, here's the general place to brag about how far ya got. And all of the artifacts you got. ![]() I got to the Obelisk of Khamoon with all the artifacts and so on..... Then I over wrote my card. I did beat the game though, just not 100% lol One time I challenged dad to see who could beat it first, so I went in my room with the Wii, and he in his with the PS2.... I had to help him beat over 70% of the game. And still beat him! And I'm not kidding! |

I managed to complete the game on 99% during my first play-through, only missing the final secret on Natla's mines. No matter how hard I tried, I just couldn't get it...until I started a new game on a separate file! >.< Why couldn't I get the secret on the 99% file after trying over a 100 times, but was able to get it on the first go on the new file!?! It doesn't make sense! Also for a strange reason, after I managed to get the final secret on the new save file I still wasn't able to get the secret on my 99% file until another 100 (or so) attempts...that secret seriously hates me, but hey! At least I got it on both files in the end.

I've got 100% complete on Anniversary. The last secret/artefact I found was in the Great Pyramid, the one at the top in the little alcove that you have to use the shimmy ledge to get to. I just kept missing it somehow. Loved the time trials too, they were excellent. Edited by Spong, Feb 10 2009, 04:23 PM.

I didn't go for any secrets because (I can't cash them in for money), but I did play the game all the way through on the second try. When I got to the Centaurs, I had to start the game over so I could learn the adrenaline dodge. So what percent does that give me? |

@Randy It all depends on the number of secrets you'd found. A basic completion - just getting to the end of the game - gives you a certain percentage (I don't know how much) but you get extra percentage for secrets/artefacts. The remaining percentage is gained through completing the time trials. |

Haha, I didn't go for them on my first time ether. Matter-a-fact, I quit when I got to Egypt, and went to play TR1, and left it alone for about a month. (I was young then and not into TR as much as I first was, and am now.)

I haven't really devoted my time to complete the game 100% yet. I've just gotten the rewards and secrets here and there. I don't know why, but the Gold and Bronze rewards tend to be the easiest for me. Silver ones always appear in the weirdest places! |

@ Spong: I awarded myself a 100% basic completion rating because I deserved it.

I've got the weapon upgrades though. My bullet magazine pack's been upgraded. EDIT: I think I'm mixing it up with Legend.

LOL I always forget about those unlockable bonuses on Legend, the game doesn't make enough song & dance about them, they're applied as soon as you earn them and they just quietly stay there in the background. Personally, I never noticed the difference between a normal weapon and an upgraded one, I guess that's part of my problem. |

If you look at the PDA under Lara's gear (for Anniversary I think it's the pause menu), it'll display the gradual upgrades to the weapons. You may not notice it if you play the game constantly. But if you take a vid of the gameplay before and after the upgrade, it's pretty surprising.
